Terms & Standards

Hi and thank you for registering to Moishop Toronto
Please read and sign this document as well as make your payment to confirm your booking we also require photo ID  :

  • Clients/customers are to purchase your product/services only  during hours of 

    operation - 12am - 8pm , however you may start setting up at 9am, friends and lounging with non members in the shop is not permitted unless they are assiting you.

  • Though we will do our best to promote the pop up, you should not rely on our promotions and you must promote on your own platforms as well, you are responsible from brining in customers to buy your clothes. 

  • Please respect all Staff and other vendors or you will be asked to leave, either by management  or security, we aim to provide a safe environment for all who attend.

  • By agreeing to this document you forfeit the right to bring any-legal action against Moishop our staff and members, in the case you are not happy with how your pop up went, and or any other reason that may arise in regards to moishop. 

  • Noise must be kept to a moderate level , please be considerate of our neighbours and other members right to 

    reasonable enjoyment.

  • Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors, feel free to smoke outside in the back yard. “Weed” should not be 

    smoked in the front of the store however vaping is allowed .

  • All workstations wether personal or shared should be kept clean and organized, throw all garbage in the bins provided, please remember to also keep the washroom clean as well after usage, this includes

     any mess created by your setup.   

  • Do not leave and any valuables in the open, keep it on you or leave it in your car, we are not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged items, in any capacity.

  • All registrations must be paid for at upon signing  this agreement either through website or e-transfer(moishopbookings@gmail.com

  • All members are able to sell merchandise and services during hours of operation. You will be able to use 4x6 sqft to present your product , in the case you are selling clothes you may use 1-2 clothing racks or one our cubby units depending on your package you choose, in the case you are an artist you can hang/display 3-4 pieces of art work.

  • In the case of a cancelation any payments made will not be refunded.

  • We provide a basic sound set up, one speaker 

  • Moi Shop does not carry insurance to cover individual Pop Up Shop participants. The participants are required to be responsible for their own personal, general, and product liability insurance.

  • Music must be played inside of the venue after 11:00pm. After this time all music should be played at a moderate level and the main entrance door closed to avoid any sound leakage.

  • Any outdoor activities must not disturb pedestrians, and sidewalks must not be blocked.

  • Any liquor or concessions  sold on the premises will be handled by our company (Moishop) , unless the client has bought out the venue or has been discussed otherwise, All necessary permits are required.

  • Vendor is responsible for maintenance of the premises

  • Upon closing, the Vendor must restore property as it was delivered at time of entry

  • All window decal must be approved before they are placed on to any surface within our venue.

  • Vendor spaces measure 4 x 6 feet or Singular cubby space.

  • Vendors will provide their own signage, tables etc… for their space unless requested that our company provide these things, which at that point an additional charge will be applied.

  • Spaces must remain clean and barrier free, littering is prohibited, all garbage should be disposed of in the proper containers provided.

  • Payment must  be made by cash, or E transfer.

  • You will be charged an additional cost for any furnishings that require to be moved depending on the size, and inconvenience. (Security Deposit may be required )

  • Security will be in attendance depending on the nature of the event and the amount of people in attendance

  • You may use  our staff to represent your business or do it yourself, any employees we provide you will be responsible to pay for. (Prices may vary)
